color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.93) !important;">Take your strength training to the next level with a heavy-duty open trap bar built for deadlifts, carries, shrugs and full-body strength training. The open-frame design provides more freedom of movement than a traditional closed hex bar, making it a versatile addition to any serious training setup.

Designed for use with Olympic weight plates, this trap bar is an excellent choice for home gyms, garage gyms, personal training studios, athletic facilities and commercial gyms.

More Than a Deadlift Bar

A trap bar—also commonly called a hex bar—allows the lifter to stand inside the bar rather than behind it. This creates a different lifting position from a traditional straight-bar deadlift and makes the trap bar useful for a wide variety of strength and athletic movements.

The open design expands those possibilities even further.

Use it for:

Trap bar deadlifts
Farmer carries
Shrugs
Romanian deadlifts
Split squats and lunges
Bent-over rows
Loaded carries
Lower-body strength training
Athletic and functional training

Dual-Handle Design

Multiple handle positions give you more options for different exercises, lifting positions and training styles. The raised handles can also provide an alternative starting position for trap bar deadlifts.

Built for Home & Commercial Gyms

Whether you're building a garage gym, home gym, strength facility or commercial fitness center, an open trap bar gives you multiple training options from a single piece of equipment.

Pair it with Olympic bumper plates or weight plates to create a versatile setup for strength, power and conditioning workouts.

A Versatile Addition to Any Strength Setup

If you're looking for an open trap bar, Olympic hex bar or deadlift bar that can handle much more than deadlifts, this style of bar belongs in your lineup. From heavy pulls to loaded carries and accessory work, it's built to become one of the most-used specialty bars in your gym.
